Tomorrow dark and early Heather Proctor and I get up to fly to Puerto Vallarta, where we’ll do some field work with Fabio Cupul for a few days before heading to the field station of the Universidad Autónoma de México in Chamela. We’re so excited by the trip, which will involve looking for spiders and mites, and quiet time to write.
I’ll be looking especially for Habronattus. Here are two of the targets, both undescribed species that live at Chamela. More about them, I hope, from Chamela.
